House Rules & Information’s

1. Hotel provide Check in at 14:00 hrs and Checkout at 12:00 hrs
2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to check into this hotel(s).
3. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Voter ID Card, and Passport. Note that PAN card is not acceptable
4. For the foreign nationalities must present a valid passport and visa upon the check in time. Hotels have the full right to deny the check in if one who has no valid ID Passport and Visa details.
5. Unmarried couples and scanty baggage travellers are strictly not allowed - the hotel reserves the right to deny check-in and it is non-refundable.
6. Residents are responsible for any damage that may be caused to the property by themselves or their guests.
7. Pets are not allowed in the Hotel premises.

9. Disturbing other Guests is not allowed. Hotel keeps the right to refuse further hospitality to the Guest who disturbs other Guests or on other way disrespects House Rules.

11. Smoking allowed only in the designated areas, Inside room Smoking is strictly Not allowed.

Child Policy

1. Complimentary stay for two children up to 5 years of age without extra bed.
2. The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to check into this hotel(s).
3. Children’s age between 6-12 years will be charged Rs.1200+ Taxes per child. (Including Extra bed).
4. Children’s above 12 years will be considered as adult and will be charged Rs.1500+ taxes ( Including Extra bed)

Cancellation Policy

1. Our cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to the check in date. Cancellations over this period are subject to a minimum of 1 night stay charge as retention
2. No Show will be charged 100% as Retention.
3. Children’s age between 6-12 years will be charged Rs.1200+ Taxes per child. (Including Extra bed).
4. Refund or amendments will not honoured during the cancellation period.
